| Next Club MeetingThis is a change!  Our January meeting will be a dinner meeting
    on the 7th at 6:00pm at the Grand China Buffet, which is located
    in the Path Mark Shopping Center on Route 36 East in Eatontown
    (Gibbs Hall will not be available after January 1st.)
 Hunter Bus TripFifteen skiers braved the rain for the Hunter trip on December
    20th.  There were also 15 no-shows, so the trip was
    a money looser.
 Windham Bus TripsFour trips to the newly renamed Mt. Windham are set for the 8th
    and 29th of January, and the 12th and 26th of February.  Our
    Pres Dave Sanderson 732-222-4233 is running trip on January 8th
    and Dave Makow 732-532-5461 will run the trip on the 29th.  The
    bus tickets are $30, which includes coffee, donuts, wine, cheese,
    etc.  Contact the trip chairman to sign up, ake your check payable
    to the Schussboomers Ski Club and mail it to the
    club address at the top of this newsletter,  or you can sign
    up and pay on our website.  The lift ticket price will be $31
    for adults, payable by cash on the bus.  (The weekday price is
    normally $38.)  The bus will leave at 5:30 am from the commuter
    parking lot next to the Holiday Inn on Hope Road.
 Mont Blanc Ski WeekThis trip is scheduled for Jan 26th 31st.  John Hovendon
    reports that the trip is full, but he is taking names for the
    waiting list.  You can phone John at:

    WeekBobbi Compton is running this trip to British Columbia, Canada.
     Bobbi says that she still has room on the trip, so call her

 Ski Les AlpsOur V.P. Ray Reynolds is planning a ski trip to Zermat, Switzerland

 Ski Tuckerman RavineDave Sanderson still has a few spaces available for this April
    ski extravaganza!  Its a bargain at $7 a night for lodging,
    and no lift tickets are required!

 Ski Season Is in
    Full SwingWayne DeVilbiss snow boarded Okemo and Killington on November
    9th and 10th.  Although the temp. was in the low 60s both days,
    there was ample snow at both areas.  Wayne estimates that there
    were at least 2000 skiers at Killington!
 Selvin Gumbs and Wayne
    skied Belleayre on Dec 10th.  The conditions were great.  Wayne
    also boarded Windham on Dec 12th,  skied Bromley on the 13th
    and Okemo on the 14th & 15th.   There was ample snow at all
    those areas. |
