Club Business:
Membership: The Club intends to open membership to skiers other than our current restrictions to Fort Monmouth employees, service members or Fort Monmouth contractor employees. To do this, a constitutional change will be required as well as a vote by current Club members. More information to come later.

All memberships came due on 1 May 2001. Thanks to all of you who have already signed up for the season.

Dues are still only $10.00 per year for individual and family memberships.

Bobbi Compton has arranged the social event of the season at the Wild Scallion Restaurant, Highway 36 Leonardo (just two blocks north of the Academy Bus Terminal, on your left), for Saturday, 21 July 2001. Dinner will begin at 6 pm, with dessert and a show, "Room Mates", at the First Avenue Playhouse, First Avenue, Atlantic Highlands, immediately following. Total
cost for dinner, dessert and show is $29.00, including tax. Two dollars per head will be collected after dinner for the tip. Call Bobbi at 741-8867 for reservations. Make checks payable to the Schussboomer Ski Club, and mail them to Bobbi at P.O. Box 91, Little Silver, NJ 07739.

Ski Trips:
Plans for the Club's annual Western trip have been finalized. We're headed for Telluride (our last trip there was in 1989).
